Armondo Montelongo is under fire again.
You've all have seen Armondo's show (flip this house) with his wife Veronica and the rest of the family David and Melinda Montelongo. Any time you put yourself out like that I guess you have be ready for that kind of stuff.

Anyways I have been studying "THE marketing consultant to real estate investors" stuff .... Richard Roop. Now if you're looking to really learn something this guys stuff is awesome.
He has a audio collection of "what's working best now" that is just superb. If you  are having trouble in any area of your real estate investing, or just wondering what is working in the market today, he covers it in these cds.

What ever you do when listening to a "guru", make sure the guy has been thought the trenches.

I looked into Richard Roops past and come to find out he has been hired by Ron Legrand to write copy for him. That's a major notch in your belt.

The Montelongos may make it look easy on T.V.(camaeras can hide a lot) but believe me it's not always easy flipping houses.
