I like to wholesale houses. It's by far the easiest way to a check in real estate. You can easily get a check in 30 days or less. After you go out and find your deal , you need to find a buyer. You should be able to build your list in one day max. Spend a Saturday driving your target area and Saturday night calling all of them.
