I am a huge fan of direct mail. I think right now may be the best time to buy houses using direct mail. Most sellers in this "turned upside down market" won't be actively looking for you to buy there house. They will stick there heads in the sand and wait for that miracle to happen. That miracle is your letter. If you can stand out from the rest of everybody else mailing letters, than you can win at the direct mail game ,which leads me to my point. I have found what I believe to be one of the best ways to get that seller calling you. |
