I like to wholesale houses. It's by far the easiest way to a check in real estate. You can easily get a check in 30 days or less. After you go out and find your deal , you need to find a buyer. 1. While you're out driving around, write down all the numbers you see for "we buy houses signs". These are people that obviously are looking to buy houses.
2. Write down all the "for rent" houses. A lot of times these are investors that are always looking for a good deal. If you have one they will probably buy it.
You should be able to build your list in one day max. Spend a Saturday driving your target area and Saturday night calling all of them.
